Refund Policy

At Meowtain Trail, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our refund and return process. 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must not have been damaged or altered in any way.

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at meowtaintrail@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Nutrition products such as energy gels, energy bars, protein bars, and similar consumables.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at meowtaintrail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it.

  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect order.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at meowtaintrail@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  • Double-check with your payment provider or bank as processing times may vary.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and we will no longer be able to cancel it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at meowtaintrail@gmail.com.
